Warranty And Guarantee Policy

We strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. However, under certain conditions, customers may be eligible for a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be initiated only under the following conditions:

  • Product is found to be damaged, defective, or non-functional upon delivery.
  • Product delivered is different from the product ordered.
  • Order is cancelled by the customer before shipment.

2. Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

3. Mode of Refund

  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original source of payment.
  • For COD orders, bank account details will be collected and verified before processing the refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Any delay beyond this period will be informed to the customer via email.

5. Non-refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Product damage due to customer mishandling or installation error
  • Missing original packaging, accessories, or invoice
  • Product used or tampered with
