Warranty And Guarantee Policy

TranzIndia offers a standard manufacturer’s warranty on select products to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.

1. Warranty Coverage

Products that carry a warranty will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Warranty typically covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend to damages resulting from misuse or external causes

2. Duration of Warranty

Warranty periods may vary by product category. Unless otherwise specified, the standard warranty is 6 to 12 months from the date of purchase.

3. Warranty Claim Conditions

To be eligible for a warranty claim, customers must:

  • Provide a valid purchase invoice
  • Describe the issue with clarity
  • Share photos or videos of the defect (if requested)

4. Warranty Exclusions

The following conditions are not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use, physical damage, or unauthorised modifications
  • Water or moisture-related damages (unless explicitly stated waterproof)

5. Process for Claiming Warranty

Customers must contact our support team to initiate a warranty request. Based on product evaluation, repair or replacement will be initiated. In some cases, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
